Orders

An order is confirmed once we have received full payment in our bank account. Until then, items are held for you for a limited time and unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.

Prices

Prices are in South African Rand. Weight-based products are priced per kilogram. Specials are valid while stock lasts or until the end date shown.

Weights

Meat is cut by hand, so the final weight may differ slightly from what you ordered. If the difference is significant we will contact you before dispatch.

Payment

We accept EFT. Use your order number as the payment reference. Proof of payment alone does not confirm an order; we confirm once the funds reflect.

Delivery and collection

See our Delivery policy. Risk passes to you when the order is collected or delivered to the address you provided.

Liability

Store and cook meat safely. Follow the storage guidance on each product.
